Upon looking at info on the oil filter that I bought, I found this:

rebate f/ Purolator stuff

Makes even more reasons to buy these filters other than "they work". Hope this is help to some folks, Heidi

Boy, that was quick. Already whisked into NEPRT. I didn't think that this belonged there. Hope that you folks that would like to take advantage of this see it.

Yes, I suppose UC. I'm going to dig in the trash to see if I can find my receipt from yesterday. I forgot to save it.

I wonder if Iggy is running some sort of bot that automatically handles oil threads. :)

Anyway, thanks for the coupon link.

As originally thought, I see that this thread is already approaching the bottom of the pile & folks won't see it. Here's a bump to folks who might be interested in this & may look in this area for info.

Thanks, this was timely, I changed the oil and air filter in my truck Saturday. When I got home the receipt was in the trash can, just where I put it.

Thanks Luv,
The two bucks would help pay for a can of high-temp spray paint......
Hey, Shiny, whatsa matter, the blue ain't purty?

UC,

That's just the problem. The blue ones were a perfect match for my '05.

However, the '08 model of the PL14610 filters are Baby Puke Yellow.

Soo, yesterday on my way home I got my jug of Rotella, 2 filters and 1 can of black paint.

Damn it.

Yeah, I can see where puke yellow might clash... maybe if they dropped the puke and made it just yellow.
