Hey, nice pictures Jim... & thanks for the continued updates. I saved a couple of those pictures to my hard drive to email to my neighbors who are considering driving out in their Jeep & staying at the same hotel.

This is my favorite kind of weather to ride in... I definitely know what to expect & will be prepared for the weather.

Looking forward to meeting some new people & talking about rides past w/ the people I know.

See ya'll Saturday morning, Heidi

Heidi,

You're welcome for updates. Lots of good Jeepin' in the area. Sent you a couple of PMs, please disregard the first. Will see you at the Waynesboro gas station at 11:00 (unless I get lost, er...temporarily turned about...as per usual).

Dan,

Colors here are fleeting at best. Freeze predicted for Fri morning, colors will soon after turn to various shades of gray and brown. Glad you liked the pics

Regards,

Jim

Downloaded your picture. It is of special interest to me. The bike on the left is the first bike i rode up to the Smokies and the one the right is the last one that i road up. Lot of great memories in those two bikes. Thanks for the photo.

I too have many memories courtesy of these two bikes. Bought the one on the right new in '80 - my first street bike, rode it until 2005 and then passed it along to Joe. Already good memories made riding the one on the left and hope to make many more. Perhaps our paths will cross someday and we can re-live the good ol days of 1100's and ride the 1300's a spell. Glad you liked the pic, was my pleasure.
