Beautiful and Sunny here Saturday, with the high touching 60º. Had a great ride on some of my favorite twisteez logging 219 miles on the Feejer's maiden voyage. I can attest that the FJR is much easier to pickup off the ground than a Honda ST1300. Don't ask me how I know this...

Wasn't real impressed looking at that color in the dealer showroom but in the sun it looks pretty darn good may have to pull the trigger soon but can't do anything until I see how bad uncle sam is going to **** me. Did you happen to own a ST before you bought the FJR?

Yup.

I traded my 2003 ST1300ABS for an 2006 FJR1300A and I couldn't be happier. Well, I could be happier if it was 60 degrees in the winter here in Upatate N.Y. Congratulations and thanks for reminding me what I'm missing.

"Oh No" I have to ask............does that gorgeous new FJR now have scratches?

Geez, I hate it when you guys do that . :assassin:

It was 1 deg. above this morning.

Getting those Farkles on her. Hand gaurds and a taller windshield should help. But its still a tad chilly to be riding at - 10 C. Soon tho.

AAAAARRRGHHHHHHHHHHH! Oh sigh, a "toasty" 19F and @ 3" of fresh snow here today in N. IN. FJR is safely tucked away in my warm "Toy Room"..........WHAAAAAAA! Of course with the 24/7 neck brace I'm wearing from my latest neck (fusing C5-6-7) operation it would be a wee bit difficult to put my Shoei on.

BTW, enjoy that big, new FJR and ride SAFELY! DFO :(

Um, well... A tiny scratch on the side cover (alternator?); a tiny scratch on the leading edge of the muffler; and 4 or 5 tiny scratches on the lower part of the saddlebag. Got stupid doing a "U" turn on a narrow back road. I knew better. Rather than do what I should have done, I got timid not being used to the bike, and over it went. Zero speed, which helped limit the damage. Still, it saddened me, (I said very bad/unkind words) but hey, it's over with, and I lived to tell about it.

You guys just have to do this, Its 14 dergrees and evenif I geared up till I looked like the sta-puff marshmellow man the roads are covered with salt. guess I'll go put my new helmet on and keep curisin the net.

Ride em if you can.

Same here on Sat, but I pushed my luck with a weather front and got caught up in rain for my last 30 minutes home. But I Finally got to test out my new Penske shock. It gets a thumbs up with a big grin :)

Just a post for you cold indoor types :p

Sta-puf or Michelin Man?

Cursing or Cruisin?

If it's any consolation, it's downright COLD today. <_<

Besides, I can poke fun at those of you who have to shovel snow. I lived in central Michigan my 1st 43 years!

That would be cruisin---------and Sta-puff for sure, the Michelin Man is much slimmer than I would want to be at these temps.

-20 with a howling North wind this morning. Ya realize your not making any friends teasing us like that. :dribble:

And just to twist the knife, you have to show us GREEN GRASS at this time of year!!!! :assassin:

Nice Bike, looks good in the sun. Too bad about the drop. Take care.
