Anyone have a photo of the Superbrace with the knotch cut for the ABS conflict?
I got the gullwing superbrace for my '05 ABS Feejer in the group buy last year, and there's no conflict and no notch in that setup.

Had to grind a notch in the back of the Superbrace on my Honda Blackbird to accomodate the pair (or is it proportioning) valve on the right fork, though.

I've got one where the ding that will happen if you don't notch it out. I can testify that at full fork compression it will screw up your front brakes. I also, was fortunate enough to have the Spieglers on standby and switched over to them and don't have the problem now.

Yell if you want that photo.

Here's what the original ones look like after you smack your forks at full compression being a dumb-ass racing Dick Fish onto the desert playa at the exact same place as Skooter splatted. I was lucky however, I was headed out onto the playa, and going from low speed to ludicrous speed.

Thank you gents trying to decide whether to cut it out or buy gull wing or MCL version.

I have raised this before. Looking at the distances from the centreline why not just reverse the Superbrace and drill and tap new holes for the fork protectors?

So...!! any thoughts on the reversing idea?

Do it and report on the results, apparently you'll be the first. Me, I bought a gullwing.
