Like new. Used once complete with power cord and on/off switch ( SAE connector ).  A little over $300.00 new with tax and shipping .  Sleeves zip off and you have vest only.  Great backup, zip the sleeves on and you have a nice warm coat . $150.00 plus shipping . Very versatile .
