Mine arrived for the new 405 toll harassment. First off it came in a packet with all the instructions for setting up an account etc., nothing was stated about motorcycles being free. Called WASDOTs number in packet (1-866-936-8246) and after wading through the program I got to wait 1/2 hour for a real person. This person was very polite and after explaining my being perplexed by the packet contents he put me on hold for a bit and when he returned he advised me to trash everything except the chip and just put the chip on the bike. Next question was where to locate chip as some bikes advise not to put stuff on the headlights and some headlights have corrugated or otherwise textured surfaces. I was then advised to put it somewhere on the front of the bike on a flat surface where it could be read. Sticking on the front as directed I am concerned about weathering. Perhaps sandwiching it in clear plastic would help. Any folks have knowledge of the sensing apparatus and readability factors?

Our SUNPASS in Florida works through fiberglass. I have mine velcro'd to the inside of the lid on my smuggler. Works just fine. Others have it on the inside of the lid on the glove box. Try that and see what happens. I might work. Good luck.

Subscribed as I want to know where it is legal to stick my pass without offending somebody and having it deteriorate in less than 5 years.
