A friend and I rode to Barbers on Saturday April 22nd to watch the AMA races. Only to promptly have to fly to CA on Sunday morning. I'm back and have finally processed my pics. Captions are below each pic.
One of Jamie Hacking's bikes ready for the track.
The Yamaha Soldiers awaiting battle
For the Ducati lovers.
Inside the Barber Museum from first floor looking up. There are now four of these "towers" on each corner of the main elevator which rises through the center of the museum. These "towers" are five stories high.
Roger Lee Hayden tucked the front
Slid into the gravel
Then remounted, showered the corner marshals, and completed the race!
Local racer, James "Spud" Stroud, coming around the track. He was the rider that caused Matt Mladin to get off-course later in this race.
The Suzuki boys way out in front..........again.
Until next year...
