For those of you who are going to Americade this year I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a FJR "meet and greet" Friday the 6th? I live about an hour away and would love to take a day off of work. :yahoo: Maybe meet at Noon in the Vendor Food Court to swap stories??

Will be there but booked the Southern Vermont/Bridges tour for that day. Probably head right to Great Escape when we get back.

Myself and some friends from Binghamton plan to head up late Wed afternoon and have dinner on Main St. We then do the vendor areas on Thursday if the weather holds. I'll wear one of those comfy FJRForum tees...

Yeah I think, by an hour or so..... Problem is that I m going there from Montreal with a group of friends, and I never know what time will be there,

sometimes one or two show up late, sometimes mechanical problems on the way ( not me )

Charlie and I can show up most anytime. A friend of mine who rides an FZ-1 will be there as well (and maybe a couple more friends). What I can do is PM everyone who will be there my cell phone number so we can make sure we meet up. Lets get a list going of who WILL be there and we'll go from there! I'd love to meet up with some fellow FJR riders, but I'm going to Americade on Tuesday, June 2. I'm going out of town on Wednesday for business so Tuesday is the only day I can make it over. Oh well... Maybe next year.

I plan to meet up with snikr at the parking lot in Rutland and ride over from there. I'll stay with friends in Barre,VT, the night before so the ride won't be so long in the morning.

Hope the weather is nice this year. Last year it was almost 100 degrees; the year before, cool with torrential downpours all day and night, made for a LOOOONG ride back home.

I ended up taking a nice ride on Sunday to Lake George with my dad and my sister's boyfriend. I'll probably head up there to say hello on the 6th.

I'm going up but I have to leave Thursday. My former boss is being honored at a bar association dinner and I'm presenting him with a plaque. But anything prior to that I'd be up for.

Just look for FJR hats or t-shirts and you'll more than likely find us. But I'll PM you my cell # just in case.
