Been seeing quite a few Iron Butters this season heading to or from Deadhorse Alaska. The fellow in this pic is from Georgia. His first name is Charlie and he and his riding mate are doing the Key West to Deadhorse run. In the pic he is loading on the bags and gear he left at my house to lighten up the bike for the "run to the beach" (as the truckers call the trip to Deadhorse). The bike held up well, he didn't even bend a wheel.
Oh the tires he ran on the bike are the Dunlops that come on the Buehl Ulyesses.
Oh yeah, Charlie turns 70 next month.
