Doesn't sound like anyone knows exactly what happened. Did the cage pull out last minute? Did the cage blow a stop sign? How fast was the guy on the bike going??? I love objective news reporting, "Gene Winbun was going way too fast on Bank Street..."

I'm not even sure weather to be pissed off or sad????

Well, no witnesses to state Winbun was going too fast, however, if the Police say he was, then they must have measured skid marks and compared to impact speed (as evidenced by damage to the car and the rider flying 50').

Others can now expect maximum enforcement on that street because of the fatality. It would be interesting to see how many residents are found guilty of the very speed they complain about.
