The weather doesn't look so great, but it's still early yet......

I'd rather it be nice and sunny, but, after this summer and last, rain doesn't really phase me anymore. Just no frog chokers!
...but Frog Chokers make things exciting! :)
I can tell you weren't at SFO.

That friggin' sucked.

Now quit talkin' about choking your frog and move along.

Who's choking frogs? This guy...

Well, on the good side that means I won't have to wash the bike before we leave. The NOAA folks run 10% less than your forecast, but you better pack your rain gear never the less.

I just sprayed my gear with Kampdri and its hanging outside to air out. Rain gear will be packed. Last time i didn't pack it and it poured so I am hoping for the opposite reaction.

See ya in Winchester John, We may be riding in the clouds Thursday.

Leaving here Wednesday...and sure hoping it's not like SFO.. rained the whole time....

with all the rain my '04 rode through, I fully believe that it was reincarnated as a jetski in it's next life....
nah, jet skis are kawasaki's. It'll be a wave runner for sure. BTW.

In case the Anti-rain dance doesn't work.

As someone with little to no experience riding in the rain; I have a Fieldsheer Air Tour Mesh Jacket and Pants which has to have a "waterproof liner", full face helmet and leather Sidi boots, basic leather gloves, and am wondering "how wet will I get"? Been think about getting Frogg Toggs, but it may be too late to order. I do have another set of Fieldsheer gear that says is waterproof, which I used last winter, but I'm wondering if it will be too hot. I've been looking at temps in Johnson City but I'm thinking we may be riding in higher (cooler) elevations so it may be ok.

What's the key to staying dry?
