Just wanted to know if any of the mechanically inclined members are willing to do throttle synchs at Park City? Sure would make an ole VINTAGE Rider very HAPPY. :yahoo:

It's been casually discussed. There will be a karma jar and if someone cares to step up and provide the equipment, well, great karma will befall you! (Yo, locals... wink, wink, nudge, nudge.)

Somewhere I have a card guaranteeing a TB sync done by WC himself (from last year) that I never had a chance to use, is it still good?

...I too have an unused WFO sync card.. But NO freakin' way would I try to redeem that sucker that this WFO.. Talk about bad Karma... geeesh... it was a donation then, not for now.. and that Karma has carried me past the wild parrots on the loose, the cinder block carrying truck that released the load on 101, the drunk bitch talking on the cell phone that took out 2 cars ahead of me, the wild turkey that flew *just* over my head at a buck30... Get my drift?

Either that or someone/something has REALLY bad aim!

I also didn't redeam mine at wfo5. But, I watched a couple of beer drinkin "pro's" do a few bikes. Gained the knowledge to do it myself. So a belated "thanks". If they do them in Park City and you are not sure of how it is done or your ability to do it yourself, stand back and watch. It is not that difficult, you will gain the confidence watching. Plus good ******** and lies surrounded by a hundred or so bikes.

Don't forget....you need a hammer to do a tbsync.
That's right. And in case anyone doubts Odot's wisdom, here's a pic of a proper TBS being performed last year in Reno...

No, Odot is correct, the hammer is the proper tool as that bike in the photo is the older carburated model.....PM. <>< :D

Nevermind the hammer.....just note how dirty my scoot is. A light snack was ready and waiting on my windshield.
