Anyone done a write up on fiork seals?

oddly enough I have gone thru engines before but never rebuilt the front forks. Never had one leak, so I never replaced one. Anyhow has anyone doen a good write up on tearing into the front forks and replacing fork seals and so on. My bike is still under wearranty, but yamaha has decided this is nto a warranty item. Who knew. Where do you get parts, anyplace besides the stealership will be fine with me. thanks in advance
