anyone ever ordered from

trying to get a part for my GMC Truck, made the order and now it seems they're givin me a load of crap. customer service number doesn't work, chat online with em and one person told me part was out of stock and order would be refunded, another person said they have it in stock and I would get it 3-4 days. During the chat they set me up a "new acount" so I could check the "status". Anyone have any experience with these companies? Seems like a scam going on.

think I remember ordering something from parts bin, but cant find it in reciepts. Dont remember what it was, but dont remember having a problem with any order in the last year.

what part you looking for , maybe someone on forum has a good vender

ordered the Magnaflow Y-pipe catalytic converter for my '94 K1500. I would have ordered from Summitt Racing (where I got the Cat-back exhaust) but they wanted $110 just for the freight ($159 for the Cat).
