Although she hasn't posted in a while, I got an email from her about a week ago saying she had left the FJR in TN, grabbed another motorcycle and has done 14K miles to and around Alaska and is now headed back to rejoin the FJR which she says "I'd be back to get it sooner if Yamaha could come up with a fix for the altitude problem!" Anybody else heard anything?

Yesterday while on forum perusal I saw a post from her. It's in this thread.

You could go to Seizethe journey.com and see what is happening. Also, email her webmaster. He might have more info for us. I saw a the same post regarding altitude sickness and I believe she might have to fly to TN to pick up the FJR. I could be wrong.

The webmaster is the best way.

I checked her website earlier today. She's back near her Arizona home. Near Farmington NM today I think. She has been taking some wonderful photos and hammering away at some great tales. If you can find the time I highly recommend you check out her website www.seizethejourney.com I've been kind of keeping an eye on it since her visit here in May.

The photos alone make me drool- just beautiful roads and scenery. check it out - you won't be disappointed.
