Anyone in the Western/Central New York/Southern Ontario area up for a Saturday ride?

Since the weather is supposed to be perfect on Saturday (7/25), Laura suggested we go for a ride. We don't have a destination in mind yet, but we wanted to see if anyone was interested in joining us. Probably a ride-to-eat somewhere. We haven't been on the bike since our vacation (Wellsboro in May), so we're way overdue.

LittleJon, Wine Guy, MaddMudder, KJ? Depending on who's interested, Laura even suggested heading down towards Jeff's (FJRPittsburgh) neck of the woods.

Anyway, we'll be going somewhere on Saturday, and we thought it might be fun to have some company. Let me know if you're up for it!

And I'm just seeing this. We would have been out anyway. Family reunion thingie. I will try to check in more often, though the next weekend or two are probably out as well. Mel and I are both off of work Aug. 10-14. Maybe if you guys, or any others, are free any of those days/evenings, it'd be nice to connect. We plan on spending most of those days on the bike anyway.

I would have been all over this if I was home. Just getting back in the swing of things after coming back from Florida with the family.

I thought about posting something a couple weeks ago and just never did it, similar to your idea. Day ride, meet up someplace for lunch then ride back home. I'll start another thread tonight to see who is interested and what days are doable. With the boys football my free days are limited this month.
