Anyone with a drill press and tap kit in the Seattle (Eastside) area?

I just picked up a set on WinPro light mounts which I want to use for camera mounts. I need to drill 2 8mm holes and tap them for 10mm x 1.25 so I can mount RAM balls. Anyone have what I need?

Got nothing for you Adam. I have all the SAE equipment but no drill press or metric tap.

Edit - Can you use a 3/8"-16 ball instead? That, I can drill / tap.

I have a tap set and bits on the way. I should have it Saturday. Where about are you located? I've got a buddy in Ballard with a press but wouldn't mind a closer option.

I might give it a shot without the drill press. The piece is already drilled. I just have to enlarge the hole slightly, then tap it. I don't have a lot of first hand experience doing this but I've watched a few YouTube videos and it doesn't look that hard.....
