This might be a bit premature, but so far I am having a positive experience with this company. I ordered a new display for our stove from them this week, received it today. When I opened the box the display was damaged; it looks like it has taken a small hit to the LCD. Definitely not the fault of the shipping, the thing was bubble wrapped inside a box that was inside another box, and no damage whatsoever to the packaging. My guess would be that it came from the factory that way.
Anyways, get on the phone to do the return. Surprise, get through to customer service instantly. Next surprise, we don't have to deal with the return, they are going to ship a new one, no questions asked! If they feel the need to inspect the part they will send a shipping label within 30 days, otherwise the damaged part is mine (it works, just cracked). Took longer to type this then to deal with the problem! :clapping:
