Just curious. I've seen the pics of the new bikes that arrived at the dealers in their crates and looks like they are pretty much assembled. Anyone know how long it might take to prep the bikes for delivery? PM. <>< :blink:

We can do 2 to 3 per day depending upon the interuptions. It takes about as much time unwrapping and sorting the hardware and parts as it does to assemble most of it. The fairing inner panels take the most time as you have to be really careful not to let one of them slip and scratch the painted upper fairing.

Thanks for that Tony. I wanted to go and check out my bike being put together today but time wouldn't allow. It would have been fun to help put it together but probablly not possible. I'll just have to settle for riding the heck out of it. PM. <>< :D
