I was having a problem with my Autocom unit, crackling and muting the tunes when I moved my head around. I traced it down to the lead that comes from the unit, just before the plug that connects to the helmet headset.

So, I called Keith today and, after describing the issue, he said he would check it out and call me back. Within about five minutes he did, and said that Autocom would just send me a new cable, which I could install myself, unless I wanted them to do the work for me. They didn't even want the bad cable back in advance or ever. What could be better?

Keith also told me he has a bunch of current-year intercom units that he bought up before the new ones come out next year. He said they're a good discount, so if you have been thinking of getting one, now would be a good time.

His number is 918.446.2245 and he's very personable. Tell him you heard about it on the FJR forum.

Have bought some equpment off him before

....... need to call him again about some more.

He likes using the phone.... and like Toecutter said.... he's good to deal with!

I know I'm resurrecting an old thread, but I have to give Keith high praise again. I've ordered lead wires and just ordered a new Logic system from him because his prices are great (with the FJRFORUM discount), he is extremely knowledgeable of his products, and he's all around a great person to deal with. I caught him while he was driving down the road and he pulled to the roadside to take my order. Now that's great customer service!
