Been wanting to have a scope in the tool box. 3 hours of research later and WOW have they gotten smaller, better, less weight, cheaper!

Anyone have experience with this model?

I have no idea how you could evaluate them, but do a search on AliExpress. (I'm sure most originate in China anyway.)
Some self-contained and others with a multi-channel input and output to a laptop...
 
I have a single channel $32 scope from Amazon. It sounds too good to be true, but it actually works for every automotive or motorcycle measurement I've tried it on. Particularly for looking at PWM or pulse controller outputs. My primary use has been looking at HVAC control signals on a 5th gen Corvette, where the HVAC uses a pulsed output to control fan speed. It's $32, shipped, so very easy to afford as a try:
