Yes, SW-Moto...
My dad recently drove to Tires Unlimited in Dayton to get a Pilot Road. Tires Unlimited has web pricing about the same, and are about 30 minutes from us.
It went like this:
[Dad] Calls up to make sure they have one in stock, they do.
[Dad] Shows up, prepared to pay the internet price of $143 (plus tax of course).
[TU Guy] That will be $168 plus tax.
[Dad] WTF? It's 143 on the web.
[TU Guy] Yeah that's the web price, not the store price.
[Dad] So I drove 40 miles to get ******?
[TU Guy] Well, the prices are different.
[Dad] I was just trying to save myself a few dollars shipping.
[TU Guy] it doesn't work like that.
[Dad] Uh, why not? You're website doesn't say "Don't come pick the tire up"
[TU Guy] I feel for you, I can offer you the fleet price: $154 plus tax.
[Dad] Well screw me... I guess I learned something today, I need a tire but could have easily waited for SW Moto to ship it, or two for free.
So with the gas dad spent driving up there to save a bit in shipping and to just say "Hey, thanks for the great pricing" he got boned and lost in the end by the time you figure in the gas he spent getting there and back.
Aint that a bitch.
