2007 FJR 71,000 RUNS GREAT

+1 but mine was a 69 Bonneville,I'll never forget it=the sound of a triumph its music to my ears.

Wow,that's what I've been thinking about now for a while.

For a second bike that is. Do they still make one all Black,

don't want the 09 FJR to be too jealous ya now.

Send some pic's and a update say 6 months from now. :yahoo:

 
It was the new Bonneville that brought me back into motorcycling after a 35 year hole.

Been there. Done that. Love it.

Congrats. The Bonny's an easy bike to like. Just throw a leg over and motor off. They're not fast, but they're not slow either...surprising performance, very light and nimble. Easy to keep clean, looks great.

Took it to the drive-in a few weeks ago. A guy comes over and ogles it for a few minutes, then asks "how old is that thing?" "Oh, about six weeks" I reply. You shoulda seen the guy's face! (He thought it was a 60's restoration.) :lol:

Bangers and mash! :thumbsup:
