Okay, while at our gathering on saturday I told a few forum members about my Kisan tailblazer lights acting funny, and they said it was a bad ground. The problem is weird. When I pull the brake in the work fine, flashing appropriately, correct frequency etc. The problem arises when they are NOT actuated, they will flash on their own w/ no synch or apparent pattern between each other or anything for that matter.
Now the only reason I'm hesitating to replace the whole taillamp, and posting here, is the one detail I left out. When the stock bulbs are in, this doesn't happen. :glare:
I'm sure replacing the wire assembly will fix the problem, I just wanted to be sure since I left out a possibly major detail  .
Also, the previous owner had some accessory tail lights attached when I purchased it, but took them off due to my license plate holder + helmet locks totally occluding them from view, so, off they went as well as the splicing materials, and that may be a contibuting factor to the ground problen as well.
