I've had issues with Error Code 14 and this messed up running when the engine is cold. The problem seemed to go away in hot day and come back when started to get cold overnight.
Intake air pressure sensor: hose system malfunction (clogged or hose detached) here's a start (page 8-79 of FSM) check coupler also and ECU connection and sub harness
