I picked up two helmet bags today at Cycle Gear that fit the side cases good. I put my Shoei X11 in one and put in back in the side case and it closed just fine. I haven't tried to fill them up with cloths yet, but plan to use them for overnight bags. Here is the link Trackside Helmet Bags They were on sale for $14 each.

I picked up two last week and they are definately sweet. I have been using them with my Helmet Guardian and they keep the helmet safe back there.
