Coupla fat *****, aren't they? Crispy Creme fund probably hurtin. They're not responsible, it's Big Doughnuts fault.

'Bait car'? Jeez, what a disappointment.....I expected to see an old white guy driving a Ferrari picking up some 16 year old hottie.....

Actually, they did this in the UK a few years back. A few guys that were tired of dozens of bikes being stolen in their neighbourhood. Park a bike on an empty parking lot, wait out of sight. When the thieves come jump em, drag em in a van and beat the **** out of them.

It worked... and the cops never caught them.

Super website, I wonder if there's anything like that in America.

Only thing cops ever did for me was give speeding tickets. They never quite seem to be able to get to me on the few occasions I've been burglarized.

Here, Here.

A friend of mine got pulled over for going 4 over. Yes, 4.

If they would drive unmarked cars on the highway and nail BAD drivers (i.e. tailgating, weaving, talking on the phone, reading the paper, going 20 under, and, blocking the left lane), then they would actually be doing something.

All the bad things happen while you are driving. You see nothing sitting under a tree.

LAPD uses "bait" cars quite a bit. A "boyfriend & girlfriend" (undercover cops) will stage an argument in front of onlookers, he will pull the girl to his car and drive off. The bait car is still running and the local hotdogs jump in and away they go. Everything is recorded on an in-car video, the tailing cops will use a remote engine kill device which also locks the doors and when the car coasts to a stop they bust the thieves. Apparently they haven't lost a court case yet. :D
