Ball State Vs. Michigan

My daughter is a freshman at Ball State (Indiana) in the Band. They were scheduled to play after the game. Ball State had a chance to tie. Security sent 8 guy over to usher out the band. If BSU had won they were headed for the exits - fast.

She said the crowd was very rude, but they didn't throw things at them except for insults at least. Michigan has to fall a bit in the polls for letting BSU play them tough!

Sure miss her.

I was at the Big House last year for the first time, some insults were traded but nothing out of hand, overall UofM fans were pretty cool, may have been another story if they would have beat OSU, very crazy atmosphere, I can't wait for next weekend in Columbus!

Bruce, you initiated a wave of nostalgia. I was born in Muncie and spent many fall afternoons in junior high hiking to the stadium and spending my allowance on general admission tickets to root for the Cardinals. And after the game, I could stop by my best friend's nearby house. He was the only I knew who owned a motorcycle.

tstaff & flowback: These days, I work for Penn State, so I hate you both. Most of my in-laws are in Columbus, and it looks like it'll be a long time until I get bragging rights. Good luck against Big Blue.
