Bar End Weights with Heated Grips

I have the Yamaha Heated Grips installed on my bike and the standard bar end weights will not butt up to the grip after installing the grips. There is approx. 1/4" gap between the two.

Is there a bar end weight that will work on this or cover the gap?

You can go to any good harware store and buy large o-rings or flat rubber washers. These will fill the gap. Bring your barend in and size it to fit properly. But take care on the throttle side. You want it to move freely. Cheap fix to a spacing problem.

Or , you can put on some Throttlemiesters and really cure the end gap problem.

(Just a suggestion, o-rings are cheap).
