It's been 4000 miles since I synched the throttle bodies and could tell I needed to do it again. Real twitchy on and off throttle. Jerky.
As has been said before that changing CO settings might lower engine temperature.My bike is hot and I cook. So I give it a try. Pretty straight forward and easy to do. Kicked settings up 5 points. After 80 miles I don't know if the bike is any cooler but man does it run smooth now. No more twitchyness at all. I don't have to mess with the synch ! Very happy with results.
Have to see what happens to gas mileage.
Going to pick up a 3/8 thick heat shield mat and install over motor and see if I can cool this beast down a little.
