This stupidity was on National TV. A women in NY city traffic had her gas peddle stuck down. She was standing on the brakes and couldn't stop the car. She called 911 on her cell phone as she was running red lights. Finally a LEO got in front and stopped her. WTF! Didn't the Stupid dispatch tell her to take it out of gear and turn it off! NO! The LEO's thought they were Heros, where as I thought there wasn't any 'grey mattter' in the whole Dept. TJ
