Black FJR Sighting

Davy- took the route you recommended to someone a few months ago- enjoyed it, thanks. There was steady traffic on 1431 which kept it at the speed limit or under. Passed a black FJR heading west.

You can take 963 (from south of Coperras Cove) to Burnet. Take 281 to Marble Falls and have a piece of pie at the Bluebonnet cafe. Then take 1431 into Austin, a good twisty ride with good scenery.

The farther south (and a bit west) you go from Marble Falls, the better the hill country gets. I am planning a ride to the southern hill country (multiple overnighter) soon as the weather is finally tolerable.
