Hi, I have an 09 AE that has blown 2 15 amp fuses while the bike is runnig.This occurred on separate occassions. The dealer diagnosed that a stuck foot brake lever was keeping my brake light modulator flashing constantly thus blowing the fuse.But the 2nd fuse blew after brake lever was cleaned & lubricated. Each time the bike would buck 2 or 3 rapid times before shutting off. Can anyone help shed some light on this problem?

Which fuse blows? (They are identified in the owners manual.)

15 amp is a pretty good size to blow, sounds like a intermittent short. As ionbeam asked, which one? knowing which one will narrow it down.
Ground spider issue?
