From the most innovative (and yes, they're expensive) Motorcycle Mfgr. in the world now comes...

"BMW Motorcycle Laser Headlight technology"

For most of you here, you know I'm a cutting edge type of guy. Billy (yamafitter) laughed at me and my Chevy Volt until I had him drive it one day, I think he took a quick 180 on his opinion

Sure cutting edge is not cheap and it certainly is not for the frugal, but it's stuff that gets the popular mechanics kid in me going.

I will always smile at you guys back when I was buying a K16 (and I have you jotted down

that said "oh ES is a gimmick and who needs crap like that!". LOL, an now they all have their order in for a brand new (and beautiful I might add) '14 Yamaha ES. I'm a fan and give cudos to Mama for making advancements. Some peeps and Mfgrs. adapt slower than others and I accept that. So let all you naysayers roll your BS (so basically I can LMAO at you later!)... and relax you old farts, I'm having some fun here

with you!

If you are making a turn and sweep the laser headlight beam across any oncoming cagers, do we now have blinded, disoriented drivers coming at us?
Cheers,

Infrared
Like a light sabre, the cage is decapitated and slides into tbe ditch.

With laser beams comes great responsibility.

Not surprised they revised the headlights from LED's which don't throw enough light downstream...... good marketing though, now there's gonna be another catch-up item for the auto industry to chase.
