Bolt sizes for rear carrier

Hi,

Does anyone know what sizes the following bolts are

Items 19 & 20 on the image here

I can't find anything online, nor in the service manual. I have a rack but no bolts!

20 is a bushing.....not a bolt. But, 19 is the same bolt that holds the rack in 4 different spots and it takes a 6mm hex key. Bolt is 30mm long by 7.75 mm at it's threads. The shoulder is about 16.75mm. The bushing has an ID of 9mm, OD of 13.3mm, and shoulder of 21mm.
