Brake Pad recommendation

Anyone have a pad brand suggestion for front brakes for my wifes Xterra?

I ask because my wife is pretty hard on front brakes. She's one of those that waits till the last second and hits em hard. They don't tend to last more than 50000 when I can put way more miles on a 7000lb truck hauling weight.
