Anyone have experience with Bridgestone 016 rear tires? I just put one on my 2003 FJR and it cost me $149 plus M & B and tax. Just curious. Thanks

That's a sportbike tire not meant for the heavy pig the FJR is. I imagine you will experience great grip and terrible life.

I have a friend with an FZ1, who rides on the sporty side, and he burns through BT016 like they're going out of business, especially in the warmer weather. I expect you'll be replacing it in around 1,500 miles and that it will look quite trapezoidal by that time too if you do any twisties.

It should last about 4-5k miles. Its a great tire. Supposedly the S20 is taking its place.
