I have an overall budget spreadsheet, but this thread is meant as a summary of some of the incidental operational expenses.

Misc. pens, scissors, tape, adhesive labels - Not to exceed $50. Authorized 4/2

Registration - Matt

Badge and Lanyards (staff and registrants) - Asked $125, not to exceed $150

Meals - Matt

Bar service rental during meals - $130

Budgeted Pending

Misc. shipping to event - $50

Meal ticket/Raffle supplies - $25

Registration Libation/Snacks - $50

Contingency (AV rental, bulletin boards, etc.) - $150

Onsite Inkjet Printer - $100

We might have to embargo tequila specifically though. The problem is that when rallymasters start guzzling that stuff they end up doing far much more damage to other parts of the budget

Funny thing is, the drunker I get, the cheaper I get. (Wait, that may not come across just right. :blink: ) No need to be concerned about the budget. Hell, I might even go out and solicit donations from the civilians. Maybe I'll be more successful at that than scoring dames for skooter.
