Bungie-Buddies

I bought a bag of bungie-buddies a year ago and would like to mount them on my saddlebags.

I forgot how to tap into the bags. I'm not sure and I don't want to screw-up my stock bags.

Any info on how-to? <_<

The bags are double-walled, I think someone had posted here an idea of using a well-nut and thus only drill through the outside wall.
