Not that impressive if you take the speedometer error out of consideration. Don't get me wrong, they're fast, but, they aren't that fast. Probably changed the gearing or had an electronic speedo correction unit installed and just tweaked it for the camera.

Knowing that stock top gear redline will do 180 ...

and he was wringing it like a chicken neck.

Even if it was geared down 2 teeth, he was still doing at least 160.

If that is right, the front wheel came down at 124 mph!

Ya gotta give mad props for that, even if the speedo is bogus.

There are a few Turbocharged Busas around that will do 215+. Speeds verified at Bonneville not by the speedo. The rest will do a mere 185 or so stock because of the limiter. They will also go from 0-150 in under 10 seconds.

I don't know if I believe the speedo. The white centerline and the driveways were going by very slowly at 200+. Looked more like 75+ in real life and a fake speedo. reading.

Guys got balls just to keep the front wheel up that long. Hope he's around long enough to use them!

I know that Busa, its out of florida. Nice little 350 hourse tubo charged number. yeah its pretty quick

That clip is from the U.K. Not from Florida. Been around the web for over two years.

And that speedo is in kilometers per hour, which makes it look so bloody fast.

And the Euro speedos are also known for their high error, just like the U.S. bikes.

They are fast bikes, but lets be realistic folks.

Um, look again, you can see both kph and mph.

I bet if you look at your speedo on your FJR, it shows both as well!

If you believe that any bike can accel that fast, especially pulling from 160 to 200, think again.

This clip has been repeatedly debunked on this forum and the sportbike forums for the last 2 years.

BTW, say hi to your Dad for me. Big fan of the mag!

Looks like the speedo was in clicks. Just looked like it wasn't going that fast if you look at the centerline dashes and the car that passed going the other way. It was fast, just didn't seem as fast as the speedo registered.
