Can D&D cans damage your motor long term,, Im NOT putting on a PCIII unless I need to,, I just really want the sound and am pleased with the performance,, I was just wondering if i could damage anything by just putting on the slip on D&D exhaust cans?????????

On the FJR I would say no unless you perform a catectomy on the head pipe. Flow changes should be minimal, most of the change will be due to the placebo effect.

System backpressure/flow is constrained by the cat/con. That's why all the different aftermarket cans have close to the same affect on the FJR Dyno numbers and can pretty much all use the standard Dynojet map. Systems can be fine tuned slightly with custom maps but the differences aren't significant compared to non-cat/con bikes.
