Carbon Fibre Front Fender for the FJR?

I have seen threads RE: finding a producer to make carbon fibre front fender for us FJR'ers. I cannot, however, find a result. Did one ever get moulded? Is anyone producing one at this time? Is there any real interest in buying one?

If there is interest, does this sound interesting: 10 orders with 50% deposit gets a 10% discount. Not sure of the lead time yet, still discussing it. Also not sure of the price yet, they are still estimating.

Any info from past attempts to get these made would be helpful, or a contact for anyone already producing this part.

Not that I need a carbon fibre fender, hugger etc, but I like the look, it is a fairly unique farkle as touring bikes go, and I want one! Are there 9 more FJR owners with money laying around to CF the bike?

IIRC, there was some discussion on Joos' board about 3 or 4 months ago. I'm not sure if the found a manufacturer or not.

...they don't, but they will if they get deposits frm 10 people. don't have a price or lead time.
