Carbon monoxide alarm

Since I am on the board of directors in my association I hear stuff that I other wise would have never know. It appears that starting Jan 1st, 2007 it is MANDATORY to have a Carbon Monoxide alarm in every house. I figured I will share this information with you all not to get you compliant with the law, but just because

I feel that they missed out on pioneering a requirements to include Radon monitoring!

There should also be a law that the CO, Fire, Radon, and security should all be wired into some centralized office with video survellance -- to make sure you also don't run in your house with scissors.
