Carbone Lorraine SBK5 vs EBC HH front pads

I replaced my SBK5 brake pads. I got about 30k miles out of them before they were completly shot. (almost worn to the metal) I was a little disappointed with the the mileage as I have gotten better with the EBC's, however the pads performed well.

I installed the EBC's and immediately noticed an improvement in brake feel and stopping power.

In my opinion, the EBC's are a big improvement over the sbk5.

Just thought I would share this you all.

EBC pads suck in comparison to DP Sport HH+.

True, but the EBC's still feel much stronger than the SBK's even when they were new.

Also, I just got off the phone with Gary McCoy at Universtiy Motors, and he said that the feeback from the EBC's was better than that of the SBK5's
