Couldn't have said it better myself.
What absolutly astounds me is that there are hundreds of boats waiting to go rescue people stranded in the floods and they can't leave the marshalling area. Why? Because the loonies still stuck in the floods started shooting at them.
Same with the rescue choppers. People on the ground are shooting at them as well.
They say a diaster of this magnitude brings out the best in people. I'm just not seeing it.

Trying to understand why they are shooting. I just don't get it???
