Cee Bailey windshield holes

So I got out my Cee Bailey today to install it on the bike and noticed that the holes in their windscreen are much larger than the factory holes and much larger than the lilttle black plastic screws that hold on the windshield. Is that correct? Are there supposed to be some spacers or something there? Rubber grommets? Anyone have any input before I go to CB (didn't see anything on their site) & follow up my own post with the answer so MadMike doesn't get MedievalMike on my ass?

Mine are bigger than stock....no problem. The number of screws combined with the bracket secures things just fine.
