My son & I sat down last year and began role playing similar characteristics. We even emailed Garmin to see if this is being done (on a safe N sane level...of course). It seems Garmin has put some thought to it and allows others to make and sell such dialects; unfortunately, nothing nearly as dramatic as the video.
