It was a mad few days at work. As soon as I am done taking care of the family I am planning to ride to the city and get some cold air and hot coffee on the Rush st. If you have interest meeting me there post up or call. my cell is in the profile.

EDIT. Instead of opening another post I am updating this one.

I am leaving now and going to Northbrook where my friend lives. I need to look over his FJR to make sure that all ok for his 3 weeks going west trip. I should be leaving his house around 8 going into the city to the place listed above for coffee and then ride home.

Anyone wants to meet for coffee in the city call. I shall be there around 9.

Well, it looks like rain might be coming soon. So, I am going to do an unthinkable and load my bags with the rain gear and head into the city now and try to be back home by the time to put kid to bed. Should be in the loop in about an hour. Rush just south of Oak st.

That is cool. There is always tomorrow. I did get stuck in traffic on the way down all the way north by Northbrook and it was past 7pm. That is just does not make sense. So, instead of getting quickly there I got there riding the scenery of Winnetka and Sheridan via LSD to the city. Great ride. Nice mid 60th. Good coffee and a nice ride home just in time to put kid to bed.

I screwed up second year in a row and booked my self teaching 3 weeks in the row I wont be riding any weekends, besides parking lot, until mid July. :blink: damn, we need more instructors.

So, look out for those mid week outtings most likely past 9pm
