I'm too heavy for it by only 15 lbs. :(

But, ignoring that, who spends $379.99 for a Pogo Stick?

Damn Pony, $379 for a pogo stick that has the potential to get you 5ft in the air, I can't believe you don't get it!!! If you are 15lbs over you could still get 4ft 3" off the ground. Where ever is your sense of adventure??

If you've never been thrown out of a Toys R Us for bouncing around on an inferior pogo stick some thirty years beyond grammar school, you wouldn't understand.

I'm going to spend more on my next skateboard. Is there some form I can file for pre-approval?

Maybe I'm just bitter that I'm too big.....
No worries. I know just how you feel. While I'm pleased to have the Flybar, what I really wanted was this:

Currently, it's not possible to find these for my mass. As soon as it is possible, expect to see a bargain for my Flybar on eBay.

Only the ignorant.

It' $299.99 here.
I paid 209 for a brand spankin' new 1200. While I agree that's a lot for a pogo stick, there are no alternatives for the 200+ crowd. So, as far as I'm concerned, it is what it is. I'm jazzed as hell. Tomorrow, I start to rack up the scars.

I've got a link to the website that makes em, cause I've been eyeing them, But I prob have enough scars already. I've got 4 hot chicks at my house everyday.

How large are you Ari? They have em up to 243lbs. pro mod and 265lbs regular mod

I kept waiting on the pogos to plant the stick in soft ground and not come up.

U gotta be crazy to pogo on grass/dirt

Those boot thingees are AWESOME!

I could see cops getting issued those, could you imagine the foot pursuits we'd have!!!!!!!

Note: I meant, "they" would have especially considering what happened the last time I chased someone!

With a few hours of practice, I can now explain this.

See, as you vector off the paved surface and go cross country, your thoughts are so completely consumed by what's going to happen when you get to the bushes that are getting really big really fast that you just don't think about the grass. It doesn't matter how many times you launch into the bushes, all you can think about as you approach is, ****, what's it going to feel like THIS TIME???

G&S is re-introducing some "retro" fiberglass boards, including some old Fibre-Flex models. One is very similar to this bitching board I used to own that could carve like no other board. It was just unbelievable. You could ride all day at Newport Beach and never put a foot down. Biggest problem is going to be finding the right trucks. Bennett is still in business, but they don't make anything narrow enough to make a perfect carver anymore. I've seen a few period boards for sale. None have been in great shape, but you'd never know because they are very damn spendy.
