I was on a 7 day trip through CA and had my TPS go bad.

I made it to Fresno and started calling dealerships in the area for help. The first two weren't interested and/or didn't have a TPS.

When I called these guys, they had the part and said come on over.

The service guy said unfortunately, they couldn't replace it right away.

I walked to a nearby place for lunch and when I got back in an hour, bike was ready.

YMMV, but in this case, they really helped out someone on the road.

That's good to hear.

About 10 years ago I started getting phone calls to work on Gold Wings (from the CA Gold Wing Club) to do maintainance. When asked why, they all stated that Clawson was not customer friendly.

I guess with the new showroom they now have, a bit more has changed.

Kudos to Clawson.
